1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sweet Feet website, booking services, submitting forms, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2) Who We Are

Sweet Feet Diabetic Foot Wellness Bar, LLC (“Sweet Feet,” “we,” “us”) provides wellness and preventive foot care services designed for comfort, hygiene, and education. We are not an emergency provider.

3) Wellness-Only Services (No Medical Care)

Sweet Feet provides non-clinical, non-invasive wellness services, which may include:

Footbaths (or soakless comfort care)
Toenail trimming (non-invasive)
Gentle callus smoothing (filing only; no blades)
Basic BP and glucose checks for awareness
General wellness education

We do not:

Diagnose conditions
Treat wounds, ulcers, infections, or ingrown nails requiring medical treatment
Provide podiatric or medical treatment
Guarantee outcomes

If we observe red flags (wounds, infection, severe swelling, discoloration, uncontrolled bleeding risk, etc.), we may pause service and advise referral to your PCP, podiatrist, urgent care, or ER.

4) Not Medical Advice

Any information on this website is for general education and is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed medical provider for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

5) Eligibility and Safety Screening

You may be asked to complete an intake form and answer health questions. For safety, we may decline or modify services if:

You have open wounds, active infection, or drainage
You have severe neuropathy or circulation issues requiring medical evaluation
You are immunocompromised or high-risk and need clearance
You show signs that require medical treatment

You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any relevant changes.

6) Appointments, Late Arrivals, and Cancellations

Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Cancellations: Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
No-shows: No-shows may be charged a fee (example: $25) or require a deposit for future bookings.
Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit applied to your visit.

You can adjust the cancellation window and fee amounts to match your booking policy.

7) Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not guaranteed once service has started.
If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concern.

8) Client Conduct and Safety

For safety and comfort, we may refuse service for:

Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Intoxication or impairment
Unsafe conditions that put staff or clients at risk

9) Infection Control and Hygiene

We follow strict sanitation procedures. You agree to:

Disclose contagious conditions when applicable
Follow staff instructions during services
Understand that if skin integrity becomes compromised, service may stop immediately

10) Results and Liability

You understand wellness services carry normal risks (skin sensitivity, irritation, unexpected discomfort). To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Sweet Feet is not responsible for complications caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare guidance.
Sweet Feet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by Virginia law.

11) Photos / Media (Optional)

If we take photos for documentation or education, we will request consent. You may opt out at any time. Marketing use requires written permission.

12) Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, brand assets, text, graphics) is owned by Sweet Feet or licensed. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

13) Third-Party Links and Booking Tools

We may use third-party platforms (booking, forms, payments). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their policies.

14) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
